Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All items will be shipped with USPS tracking numbers. Turn around time on all orders are 1-2 days depending on if this is a normal item or custom slots. I can not be responsible for products once they leave my care, therefore I urge you to take advantage of the insurance offered by the USPS Service. Contact me before making payment to add this service.

Returns:

We take extreme pride in our creations here at London Frogg. As a small business, we understand and appreciate the value of the family dollar, therefore we will do our best to ensure your transaction is a smooth and pleasant one. If for any reason you should find that you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us as soon as possible to remedy the error.

Any item that is materially flawed or misrepresented and is unused will be eligible for a full refund less the shipping rates. We work hard to examine all products , but I am human, and eventually something will slip by me. Refunds are not automatic, but at the discretion of London Frogg.

Any item, that you are just not happy with, for any reason please contact me as soon as possible and we will work together to fix the problem. This is not a refund statement, but a general honest customer service request.
